This wonderful embossed Halloween postcard was done by the Stecher Litho Co (mark at bottom left front corner) and its from their Series 408 F, per the info on the back. It features a Perrot style clown marching along with a noisemaker one hand and a JOL in the other hand bending his back. The color and detail on this one are just amazing, and it is in very good clean condition, since it was never mailed, with some light wear and corner bumps.
