Here is a very pretty tassel fob or pendant that dates to the Victorian era.

This tassel is a bit more delicate than the standard ones—slender in size with eight fox tails. The top has a lovely ribbed design with etching. Measures 1&1/2" from the top ring to the tiny end beads.

Condition is very good, with light wear in keeping with age and use. No missing tails; no missing beads.

There is only one mark on the bail: "B." This is the maker's mark. I have tested the piece and results show that the top of the fob with jump ring, and bottom beads, are 14K. The herringbone chains are gold-filled.
