Gorgeous antique band features a continuous row of raised leaves, made from both yellow and rose gold.
The leaf motif is beautifully crafted by a skilled hand. The 14K yellow gold detailed leaves appear slightly green in some lighting. The lovely design is framed between smooth gold edging. I would date the ring to about 1880-1890.
There are old inscribed initials on the inner band: "E.A.R. to B.C.R." There is a maker's mark but I don't recognize it.
Band is size 8 and it cannot be resized due to the continuous pattern. Width: 7.5 mm.
Weight: 4.4 grams.
