Delicate cornflower blue sapphires and lustrous seed pearls embellish this lovely slim bracelet from the Edwardian era.
Dating to 1900-1910, the 14K gold bracelet has a wonderful lattice front with beautiful bezel-set sapphires alternating with seed pearls. Sapphires are natural and slightly graduated, with the largest 2.75 mm stone set in the centre. Pearls, also natural, are about 2 mm each.
Oval shaped, piece has a circumference of approx. 6.89 inches, almost 7" when closed. It doesn't open all the way but it has a slide band attached at the clasp so it can expand another 2." It helps for an easy glide over the knuckles! Comes with a 2" long 14K gold safety chain as well.
Width is 6.5 mm and it tapers to 2 mm at the back, so a nice slim fit. You can wear bracelet alone or with a watch or other jewelry.
Weight: 7.4 grams.
Excellent condition. There is no damage to this bracelet, just normal antique wear. Stamped "14K."
Gender: Female, Age Group: Adult, Color: Yellow gold, blue sapphire, grey-white pearls, Size: Almost 7" wrist size
