Beautiful Art Deco ring contains a fiery blue zircon stone and dazzling white diamonds!
The striking 1.25 ct. round faceted gemstone has stunning colour, somewhere between sky and baby blue. It sits in a terrific platinum mount with three brilliant diamonds housed in square shapes on either side. Despite its geometric setting, the diamonds give the ring a lovely lacy, feminine look and set the zircon off beautifully!
Ring details: the entire head and half of the band is solid platinum; the back of the shank is 18K yellow gold. The zircon measures approx. 6 mm across and the diamonds, a mix of single and full-cut stones, are about 2.5 points each. Ring was made in the UK and dates to the 1930's.
Current size is 5, and it can be re-sized to fit. Weight: 2.8 grams.
Excellent condition. Normal wear, no damage. Stones are all in excellent condition. Inner band is stamped "18CT & PLAT." (The "T" is barely visible).
