Here's an exquisite white gold ring set with a beautiful 0.55 ct. fancy light yellow diamond surrounded by gorgeous white diamonds!
Measuring 5.19 mm by 5.29 mm by 3.21 mm, the single yellow diamond is a fabulous round brilliant cut stone, with SI2 clarity and even colour. The brilliant stone is light yellow, not dyed-- a completely natural stone (please see GIA report). The gem is beautifully set off by 20 small round-cut VS1-2 diamonds set on the sides, for a total carat weight of 0.75cts. Though the side diamonds are small, they have terrific F colour!
The ring is a fairly small size at 4.75, but it can be re-sized within reason. Weight is 2.5 grams.
Centre diamond rises up approx. 4 mm from the top of the band. The fancy yellow diamond is graded as an SI2 stone by the GIA. You cannot see any inclusions with the naked eye, and under a 30X loupe I can see only one small white inclusion at the very edge of the stone. The GIA report shows you exactly where the inclusions are as seen under a microscope.
Excellent condition. I do not see any problems at all, just very light wear to the gold. Evidence of an old sizing at the back of the shank (a very faint line inside the band).
The ring is not marked (likely removed when re-sized) but tests as 14K gold.
