Vintage late 1950s/early 1960s Vogue clip back earrings feature a waterfall of rectangular rivoli crystals that iridesce blue, purple and green as the beads shimmy in the light.

The dangling crystals, with an aurora borealis finish on one side and either sapphire blue or emerald green on the other, are layered over a cluster of prong-set ice blue faceted crystals wired to pierced silvertone metal backs,

Clipbacks are stamped “VOGUE”, for the Vogue Jewelry Company, founded in the 1930s and in business through the late 1970s.

Measuring 1” in diameter, these earrings are in excellent condition.
