Philip Harlequin Palmer (British b.1963); "Reservation of the Quiet"; Oil on Canvas; signed; in a frame designed and made specifically for the painting by the artist, with the design of the hand sculpted low reliefs at the corners reflecting that of the red banner in the painting; approx dimensions 38 x 29ins (97 x 74cm) sight (visible canvas) size, Frame: 44 x 34ins (112 x 86cm) overall.
Although already much exhibited (see below) this artist had not previously pursued a commercial market for his work until we persuaded him to do so (perhaps to our discredit). In our opinion he has a considerable and eclectic talent, which is born out by the degree of interest in and sales of his work, despite minimal promotion.
CONDITION: Excellent, no damage or defects. Please note the frame is hand made and is not intended to appear otherwise.
OVERSEA SHIPPING: This is a large painting, but we will do our best to keep shipping costs to overseas buyers at a minimum. However, please email to discuss this prior to ordering.
BIOGRAPHY: Although a very pleasant character, this artist is a little reclusive by nature and wishes only to provide biographical details that refer directly to his art.
