This 6 inch tall doll, circa the early 20th century, is most likely of German origin; however, he is unmarked. The doll has a painted bisque socket head with painted facial features and a black mohair wig. The composition brown body is joined at the shoulders and hips with tan molded boots. The original Native American costume is created from wool fabric and felt. The head appears to be in good condition. The costume shows some age discoloration but is original and has never been removed from the doll.
