This 6 inch tall all bisque doll was created by the German firm of J.D. Kestner at the end of the 19th century. She is jointed at the shoulders and hips. The doll has blue sleep eyes, an open mouth with teeth, and her original blonde mohair wig and pate. The doll is incised "150//2/0." She has black heeled strap painted shoes and white shirred hose with a blue painted line at the top. She is in good condition except for a repair between the legs and a hairline crack that runs from this repair over the top of her chubby tummy. She also has some minor chipping on the tips of the fingers of her left hand and a chip on the tip of her right thumb. The little darling wears a hand sewn cream color two piece outfit with lace trim.
