This 15 inch tall all composition doll has a five piece body. The doll has painted facial features and hair. She wears her all original red print dress and bonnet. She also wears her original one piece cotton underclothing, original socks, and shoes. The black ribbon on the dress is a later addition. It is could easily be removed as it has just be pinned to the dress. The doll in completely unmarked but was obviously created in the 1930s to compete with the Effanbee Patsy dolls of the same period. The doll is in very good condition with no repaint or repair. There is virtually no crazing except for a small area right under the mouth. This is a charming little doll in a style quite popular in the 1930s.
