This rare pull toy by Bruckner is from circa 1930. It has a wooden baby buggy, which is 7" long, 6" high and 3.5 inches wide. The "Mammy" is 8 inches tall. She has a mask face as shown in the last photo with an amusing character face. Her costume is original with some minor tears. Her white head scarf may be replaced. She has cloth arms and upper body, but her legs as shown have wooden fit connected with a rod to the buggy so that she can push the buggy and walk when the pull toy is pulled along with its string. The buggy is quite heavy and sturdy. I have seen quite a few black Bruckners and black and white topsy-turvies but never this particular inventive and whimsical toy.
