This is most likely an unsigned Hobé bracelet. Hobe made many of these memory wire bracelets with similar construction and they were never signed. They were also known for their use of saphiret stones. I believe this is a rare piece as I cannot find anything like it in any of my jewelry reference books or on the web.
This has 3 rows of pale brown/lavendar faceted Austrian crystals with a gorgeous centerpiece of diamond shaped saphirets and topaz rhinestones. The crystal beads don't appear to be true saphiret crystals, but they do change color in the light.
If you look very deeply into the saphirets, you will see some slight foil loss, but you have to look very closely to notice it. One also has a very tiny slice off the edge. It is extremely hard to see.
The bracelet is 1 inch wide and its expandable construction will fit most wrists.
