1950's Napier set designed by Eugene Bertolli. The silver plated brass necklace and clip earrings set features a cut steel motif highlighted with large topaz colored rhinestones. This is a book piece, and the full set can be found on p.237 of The Napier Co. jewelry book by Melinda Lewis.
The necklace measures 16.5 inches long and the earrings are 1.25 inches long. When I bought this, most of the rhinestones had foil damage, so I replaced all of them with high quality vintage Czech rhinestones. The spring ring clasp is also a replacement.
The necklace is now in excellent condition, with just some slight dark areas on the back. This is marked Napier on the earrings.
An eclectic mix, from Victorian to Mexican silver to rhinestones. You can never have enough jewelry!
