This wonderful necklace is a harmonious blend of cultures, textures and colors. The pendant of brass and lapis is an example of Nepalese hand work at its finest. I chose to combine it with old millefiori glass tube beads, old Krobo tube beads, agate beggar beads from India, and round Krobo beads from Ghana. The spacers are brass, as are the Bali beads flanking the pendant. The necklace is 23 inches around, with a pendant drop of 2 inches. Closure is with a heavy-duty brass hook clasp.
Measurements include 35mm millefioris; 20mm Krobo tubes; 35mm agate beggar beads; and 12mm round Krobos.
Sometimes the pieces come together just right, as they did here. If it speaks to you, I hope you will give it a loving home.
