With an assortment of stampings all around this bracelet, the open work front with the bezel set green turquoise sets it off perfectly. The bezel set stone has a rope design around the bottom edge as well as a circle of silver dots. The greenish stone, nestled among all that silver trim, looks great.
These bracelets were made as souvenirs for tourists visiting the southwest.
The cuff measures 2 3/16" across the inside. The opening at the back is 5/8". The inside, front to back measurement is 1 5/8". The front decoration measures 11/16" wide and 2 1/4" across. It acid tests positive for sterling although unmarked which is typical for older Native American sterling jewelry. There is some patina on it which can be polished bright. Either way, it is a fine bracelet in excellent condition.
