This antique round gold-filled locket by W&H holds two photos and is monogrammed in fancy script on both sides.
The diameter is 1 1/8" and thickness is about 3/8". On one side is a three-letter monogram with appears to be "JPR" (the R is the center initial for the surname) and on the other is "AG".
Inside are two photo compartments, each with a gold-filled round snap-in frame and a celluloid cover. One photo, black and white, shows an adult couple in period C1900 clothing. The other has a tinted photo of a younger woman.
On the inside lid under the photo of the young woman is "W&H" in a heart; this is the trademark of W&H Jewelry of Providence, RI. The gold color is consistent and bright on the exterior; there is on very tiny dent on the JPR lower edge. The frames are gold-filled and the inside compartments have a brass tone.
Included is a newer Marvel 12K G.F. necklace chain. It is 20" long and has a snap-clasp.
