This circa 1925 stickpin has Egyptian motifs and figures in cloisonné enamel on sterling silver.
The height is 2 1/2" and width is just under 3/8". The background enamel is bright red, the icons or symbols include a blue falcon bird, ankh, yellow man or pharaoh head, blue bulls-eye, green dog, and letter R. There may be a puzzle or hidden message in the arrangement. Most likely, the design was inspired by the Egypto-mania that followed the discovery of King Tutankhamen's tomb in 1922.
The back is stamped "Sterling". Condition is very fine.
