This vintage Danecraft sterling silver vermeil necklace features a large black onyx oval cabochon in a fancy bezel setting which hangs from a long sterling chain.
The pendant measures 1" high (not including the top ring), 7/8" wide and 1/4" thick. The scalloped gallery of the bezel is a line of "crown" shape prongs. The plaque on the back is stamped "Sterling Danecraft" with the registered "R" mark.
The oval link 24" chain has an unmarked spring-ring clasp. The chain tests as sterling silver. Condition is very fine.
