What an unusual ring and it is so very stunning. Translucent blue chalcedony looks amazing against the 14k white gold setting. Love the way the mounting and upper shank are split, it allows the light to play off that chalcedony. Round stone is 4 prong mounted with nice thick prongs. The stone measures 10mm. The open cut mounting is alive with prong set, round cut diamonds.
Currently a size 6 1/4, this ring can easily be re-sized as the shank is nice and thick. Total item weight is 5 grams. The surface measurements are 3/4" wide and 1/2" long. It truly looks amazing on the finger. The inside of the ring's shank is hallmarked 14k.
We estimate this ring to date from the late 1950's, maybe the early 1960's. Layaway is available, questions are welcomed. Thanks for your time.
