I acquired two little miniature bisque dolls from an estate where I was handling the jewelry. According to the paperwork in the box with the dolls, these sweet jointed dolls were given as a favor to the girls at a birthday party. The author of the note does not say when or where they were given.
The price is only for the little girl doll-the baby has a broken hand and I am happy to give that to whoever purchases the girl.
The little girl doll is so sweet. She is wearing a white dress with a pale green sash and a pink collar. She is sporting a blue ribbon in her hair and is wearing matching blue shoes. Her cheeks are painted pink and she is in excellent condition. This doll measures 3 3/4" x approximately 1 3/4".
The little baby is approximately 3 3/4" x 1 1/2" and is in good condition-except for the broken hand. Neither of the dolls has any type of hallmarks. We estimate them to date from the 1930's.
Feel free to email if you have any questions. I am not an expert in dolls but these just appealed to me. Thanks.
