Description: This is an exquisite Edwardian era Festoon Necklace with five high quality citrine gemstones suspended from a simple 14K yellow gold curb chain, circa 1910. The faceted pear shaped citrines measure approximately 3 carats each for a total weight of 15 carats. It is a nice pale cool citrine color a bit on the lemon side with wonderful sparkle and shimmer. The necklace is quite stunning on and lies just below the collar bone showing all of the gemstones nicely. Citrine is the birthstone for November, is one of the most popular gemstones available today. I have had this stone orally authenticated by a certified gemologist.
Condition: Excellent condition, previously owned. So much nicer than the photos show.
Weight: 7.0 grams
Size: 16.5" long.
