This shapely pair of antique glass candle sticks do double duty as a pair of vases, and will provide the perfect pop of bright color on your mantle or table. The cold painted decoration of grape leaves and vines is punctuated with clusters of glowing golden grapes executed in raised enamel, the gold being a perfect foil for the vivid blue of the glass. Almost periwinkle, but not quite... the color is exceptionally striking.
Condition is great with a bit of wear to the gold - less than you would expect, and a couple of the most minor nicks to the rim that can be felt more than seen as you can tell from the larger-than-life photo of the top rims. 10 1/2" tall, with a bottom diameter of 4 1/4" and a top diameter of 3 1/4".
I can imagine these beauties filled with baby's breath, twisted or braided candles that mimic grape vines, or with a large golden glass ornament balanced on top for a seasonal display. Have some fun, let your inner designer out to play.
