Hector Aguilar –Sterling Silver Earrings – Early Taller Borda Hallmark
Here's an Exceptional pair of Early Hector Aguilar Sterling Silver Earrings. Our research and a direct question to Bille Hougart indicates that the hallmark is one of the earliest marks used by Aguilar at Taller Borda. The website, "Maestros de Taxco" had a necklace with this hallmark. Their comment was: "The hallmark is documented as used c1943 and it is unknown when it was discontinued. It is a conjoined TB for Taller Borda". These rare earrings have been converted to pierced. One Earring is marked with the early Taller Borda Hallmark and stamped Sterling.
Nice Size, these Lovely earrings measure 1" x 1".
Condition is Vintage Excellent.
