These four plates are simply gorgeous! The beautiful hand painted florals in pink, gold and green are delightfully set off on cobalt blue rim and further enhanced by the opulent addition of more handpainted accents (grapes and a vine) in gold and gold paste jewels. The lustre on these plates is bright and shiny... a feast for the eyes!
Dessert or Luncheon Sized.
Ambrosius Lamm's studio is known for painting in the Meissen, Vienna and Copenhagen styles. The studio, on Zinzendorfstrasse in Dresden, consistently produced work of outstanding quality. It is why the porcelains with his mark are so much in demand from collectors and connoisseurs of porcelain today!
By the way....we have a 5th plate we are happy to include, should you like it. It has a rim hairline which is only visible from the back.
