European simulated Persian turquoise cabochon drop necklace mesh chain S clasp

Vintage European simulated Persian turquoise cabochon drop necklace. The faux turquoise cabochons are glass. The necklace has a gold tone mesh chain and S clasp. The necklace measures 21" long. The mesh chain measures 3/8" wide. The chain has seven bezel set round turquoise glass cabochons. Each of the cabochons has a soldered-on bale suspending a pendent drop. The pendant drops each have a bezel set round glass stone and a prong set oval glass stone. The oval glass cabochons have open backs and are set with fancy prongs. The back of each drop has an applied ring to hold the stone in place. The drops hang down 2 1/2" each. The faux oval Persian turquoise cabochons measure just over 1" x 3/4" each. Like many pieces of early European costume jewelry this piece is not marked. If anyone could help me identify the maker of this rare beauty it would be greatly appreciated. One of the oval drops has a blob for lack of a better word along one of the fancy prongs. This looks like a repair to me. I have shown this in close up in the last photo. Condition is otherwise good.
