This beautiful set of Swank cufflinks and matching tie tack are done in a rich gold-tone mesh setting with large oval jade colored stones for the cufflinks and a smaller oval jade colored stone in gold-tone for the tie tack. They appear never to have been worn. The set comes in the original mustard colored box marked both with the name Swank and Morris Levy’s Savannah, GA (my home town). It also comes in the original individual shipping box. The set is in excellent condition. The inner box has some very minor wear and the outer box some definite wear. Neither the cufflinks or the tie tack are signed.
The cufflinks stones are 1 inch across and the tie tack stone is ½ inch across.
Brief Swank History: Swank Inc. opened in 1897 as the Attleboro Manufacturing Company. By the end of WWI they were focused exclusively on producing men’s jewelry. By the late 1920’s, the company had developed a full line of men’s jewelry under the brand name Swank.
