This Infantry soldier is ready for battle with his blue coat, backpack, bedroll, canteen, and gun. He is standing on a base that reads 1802 Infantry. After the Revolutionary War, the infantry uniforms changed to the high collar that this soldier is wearing. The Lefton Co. produced this military figure and others under the same number, KW181. He is marked on the base with the gold Lefton China, Crown, Hand Painted stamp along with the number KW181 and a red/gold Lefton label with Lefton, Trademark, Exclusives, Japan. The stamp and label indicate a production period of 1963 to 1985.
The figure is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks. He stands 7 ¼ inches tall and is 2 3/4 inches wide at the base.
