Sarah Coventry produced a large range of inexpensive to some pricey costume jewelry from the late 1940’s until 1984 when they closed their doors. This set belonged to the line of 1965 Lady Coventry costume jewelry that featured cultured pearls and semi-precious stones as well as gold karat and sterling silver findings. The combination clip/screwback earrings have the same stones in a spray design. The earrings are marked ©SARAH COV as well as an R or L to identify which ear they go on. The brooch is marked ©SARAH COV. This set was the debut item for the Lady Coventry line.
This set is in excellent condition with all stones present and clear. There is an ink mark on the inside lid of the box.
