Antique Italian watercolor signed by Piero Celestino Gilardi ( 1837-1905). Piero Gilardi was a well known Italian painter who specialized in genre painting of everyday life. The painting is depicting two musicians , an old man and a young boy . It is crafted in vibrant colors and is of excellent quality and lovely expression. The watercolor is crafted on parchment and set in its original wooden frame which is adorned with gilded ornaments. The painting which is signed Pier Celestino Gilardi on the right side, is in perfect condition and dated at the 19th century.
