Antique French Surtout De Table with a heavy lead crystal cobalt blue glass basket with a gilt bronze rim. The glass basket is supported by a fine crafted gilt bronze stand with four feet which is decorated with leaves and c- scrolls. Intended to hold flowers or fruits this Surtout De Table is a beautiful handmade work of art and in excellent condition. There is no damage of any kind. The Surtout De Table is dated at the early 19th century.
