Antique box made of gilt metal and crafted in open work design adorned with c- scrolls and leaves. The lid is adorned with an oval enamel painting depicting a romantic scene. The box is standing on four little feet in the shape of stylized leaves. The box is tufted with red silk inside. The item is in excellent antique condition and dated at the late 19th century.
