A silver center piece of excellent quality and craftmanship by by Jean Pierre Louis Ramu Dufour of Geneva, Switzerland, .1825 - 1850.. The round shaped base is crafted with ornaments and c-scrolls and shell shaped feet. The stem consists of the figure of Neptunus emerging from the sea and rich ornaments.This remarkable decorative object can be dated at the second half of the 19th century and has been crafted with extraordinary attention to even the smallest details.The item is hallmarked silver 800 and the maker´s mark. The condition is excellent, one little rose is missing on the right side. Height: 300 mm Weight: 780 grams
