A fantastic vintage ring from the 1980s, elegant and super feminine!
The ring, in the Art Deco style of the 1930s, is made of a delightful oval dome with a cluster of 46 diamonds surrounded by ultra thin baguettes.
10 small diamonds also go down on each side. of the shank, adding an extra touch of refinement to the piece.
The diamonds are H-I in color, and are in perfect harmony with the white gold.
The clarity varies a lot between the stones, but overall I would say this is not the piece's best quality, a number of small diamonds are foggy, and there are small inclusions in the baguettes.
However, this is only visible up close, and does not affect the fabulous sparkling of these innumerable stones.
The ring is a 6.5 US size, with an inside diameter of 17 millimeters. It is marked 10k and has been tested. It weighs 3.9 grams. There are 66 diamonds and 38 baguettes for an overall weight of 1 carat.
What gives the ring this ethereal beauty, besides its dazzling whiteness, is its perfect proportions.
Also the jeweler's work is particularly delicate here, no thick prongs between the stones. Everything is super light and elegant.
A ring that will be admired, and will definitely make you noticed. Also what a pleasure to contemplate it on your finger!
Will be shipped "Expedited" from Paris including insurance and signature at delivery.
