A stunning French Art Deco nude published in a 1916 French magazine, signed A. Aubry.
The piece is printed on slightly glossy paper, with another excellent original by Aubry at the back. (see last pic)
The piece shows a slender Art Deco brunette, wrapped in a transparent purple veil, against a magnificent decor of streamlined roses.
The colors are a harmony of white, purple, mauve and burgundy.
The nude is gracefuf and feminine, and even with this early date, the artwork strongly Art Deco.
This delightful 1910s creation will bring refinement and prestige to any decor!
