From a 1920s French publication representing Art Deco ladies in a variety of whimsical costumes, this is "La Folie", a lovely blonde with short curly hair, wearing a colorful Harlequin costume, and looking at herself in a mirror.
The costume is a traditional Comedia del' Arte male outfit, except it has been turned this time into a short, sexy dress, and the model is wearing high heels.
The lady's features are really charming, with a perfect oval for her face, and small pouting lips. You will love her typical Art Deco makeup, with a lot of dark eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner.
The piece is a lithograph, probably a very small edition of a a few hundreds, and is large for the time. Colors and printing are a gorgeous quality, done on a smooth cream paper. The lettering is also sophisticated. Definitely a luxury edition.
A delightful piece, strongly Art Deco, that will bring prestige to any decor!
