An antique French silver napkin ring with Rococo inspired motifs and glorious sprays of roses. Three inset rectangular panels surround the napkin ring which feature ribbons, roses, and other flowers. The center cartouche which is also set in a rectangular panel is surrounded by more flowers and acanthus leaves. Lovely, precise details worked in repousse create a stunning napkin ring.
French, circa 1900; marked for .800 silver as denoted by the #2 Minerve mark. No maker's mark noted.
