This is a spectacular pair of circa 1930s, Art Deco Machine Age sconces. Each sconce has an 11 1/2" height, a 5" width, and projects 6" from the wall. The fixture back plates are very stylized polished aluminum with a frame the surrounds green crackle glass step shades. The shades have a 5 1/4" height, a width of 4 3/4", and a 4" depth. The base of the shade slips into a 2 1/4" fitter on the frame. The glass shades were acquired over 30 years ago, wrapped in paper, and are "new old stock". They were boxed with two different style frames, some of which are imprinted, "Los Angeles Lighting Fixture Supply", on the reverse side of the back plates. The fixtures have been rewired and are sold with hardware for installation as well as LED light bulbs. These amazing sconces would make quite a statement in your home!
