This is a circa 1920s, cast iron flush-mounted light fixture manufactured by Markel ( M.E.P). The fixture has 2 bulbs and has a measurement of 11 1/2" by 6 1/2" at the ceiling. It hangs down 4" to the bottom of the brass, center finial and 5" to the bottom of the light bulbs. The fixture has been rewired and is installed by the threaded pipe connecting the finial to the junction bar ( at the center of the fixture). The condition is very good and the fixture is sold with the 2 frosted LED bulbs as shown. This ceiling light is compatible with many decorating styles and perfect for a lower ceiling area.
