This is and Arts and Crafts period flush mount ceiling light that can be used as either an interior or exterior light fixture. The fixture has a hexagonal shape and is composed of copper with amber seed glass side panels and textured clear glass on its base. The light hangs 7 1/2" from the ceiling and measures 8 1/2" x 9" at the ceiling. The hinged base of the light is 4 1/2" x 5", and can be opened to change the light bulb. The fixture has been rewired and is sold complete with hardware for installation. The copper has a light bronze patina and both the fixture frame and the glass are in very good condition.
