This is a pair of Markel Art Deco sconces, circa 1920. The fixtures are iron with a restored polychrome finish. The glass slip shades are frosted amber. Each light fixture has an 11"height, a width of 7" and project slightly less than 4" from the wall. The fixtures have been rewired and also have functioning base switches. The condition of all components is very good. Markel Electrical Products (M.E.P) manufactured many Art Deco slip shade fixtures--this particular shade is one of the widest produced. There are matching ceiling fixtures also available in our shop.
