This is a beautifully decorated iron pendant with restored polychrome finish with a painted parrot glass shade made by Consolidated Glass. Both the fixture and shade are circa 1920. The iron fixture has an elaborate 9" diameter canopy at the ceiling with a fancy crown-style 4" fitter for the shade. The tapered glass shade is predominately mint green and cream with a parrot centered on each side (fired-on painted design). There are two different parrots with matching opposite sides . The shade has a 9" height and maximum diameter of 8". The entire light hangs 30" from the ceiling (adjustable chain length). The fixture has been rewired and accommodates a single standard base size light bulb. The condition is very good. There are two matching parrot pendants available. Exact shipping costs are calculated at purchase.
