This is a circa 1860-1865, kerosene oil lamp that is pictured in Thuro's Oil Lamps Book 1, p.168. The pattern is "Paneled Arches" on a black glass base. The lamp is 9 1/2" to the top of the collar and the base is 4" square. The burner is an early decorated P & A Co. It has a newer glass chimney. The lamp is in very good condition. It appears the collar may have been replaced at some point as the cement is quite clean. This lamp is complete with a wick. Exact shipping costs are calculated at purchase.
