This is a pair of Art Deco sconces, circa 1920s, that have outstanding cast brass back plates and large amber crackle glass shades. The sconces are large, with a height of 16 1/2", a 6 3/4" width, and a 4 1/4" projection from the wall. The glass shades are secured to the back plate with the fancy decorative band that is screwed into the back plate which protects the shades from accidental dislodgment. The sconces have been rewired and are in excellent condition. The glass shades have some roughness at the top which was caused by the glass slumping process during manufacturing. The price is for 1 pair of sconces--4 pairs are available. Exact shipping costs are calculated at purchase.
