This is an attractive kerosene oil lamp that has a fancy iron base featuring winged birds that resemble raptors. The font is a decorated milk glass that has both painting and enameled red and blue flowers. It has a brass duplex burner and wicks -- the burner is imprinted "Made In England." The lamp is circa 1880. It has a newer glass chimney. The lamp measures 11 1/4" to the top of the collar; the square base is 6 1/2" on each side; the lamp is 22 1/2" to the top of the glass chimney.
