This is a circa 1830-40, flint glass whale oil lamp with burner. The lamp stands 10 1/2" to the top of the burner and 8 7/8" to the top of the brass collar. The hexagonal base is 3 5/8" x 4". The lamp is in very good condition. There is some wear to the tips of the metal burner and roughness to the glass base. There are small, unbroken air bubbles visible on the base. Overall, this appears to be a well-used lamp in great condition for its age. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at purchase.
