This is an unique flush-mounted ceiling light fixture that has a 2 piece glass shade. The amber acid-etched shade has a tear drop body that attaches to the 3 1/4" brass fixture but also has a "glass hat" that slips over the top of the shade. The glass has a wreath and flower design and was made during the first quarter of the 1900s. The entire light hangs 10 1/2" from the ceiling; the brass canopy has an 8" diameter; the amber glass shade has a largest diameter of 8 1/2". The condition of all components is very good. We would recommend using a 40 or 60 watt appliance style light bulb (provided with light). Exact shipping costs are calculated at purchase.
