This is a marvelous eapg satin/frosted glass (sometimes referred to as 'camphor' glass) water pitcher with a delightfully detailed pattern of roses and bows. This pattern is called Sultan, a.k.a. Wild Rose & Bowknot, and was made by McKee Brothers Glass, circa 1904. It measures 7 1/2 inches tall x 7 inches across the scalloped rim, including handle. This beautiful pitcher is in Excellent condition with no chips or damage. Do expect the usual characteristics of Victorian era glass, of course, ie. tiny bubbles, straw marks, or surface annealing lines, etc. This antique glass glows a soft yellow-green under uv light to further verify age! This is a fabulous pattern glass treasure for your collection, and I also have a matching tumbler, if you're interested in a wonderful set! (I will discount generously for both items!)
