This Adorable, child's Early American pattern glass mug / cup is the pattern called "Ribbed Forget-Me-Not" made by the Bryce Bros. / U.S. glass co., circa 1890's. This is an outstanding Victorian, Eapg glass design - with a lightly stippled, flowing leafy floral band around the middle, framed with fluted bands above and below, a charming squared, criss-cross handle, and a round, pedestal base. In very good condition, the glass is bright and crystal clear, with no chips or cracks, just the usual characteristics of Victorian era glass, ie. fine annealing lines on the surface, mold lines, etc. Glows a strong yellow-green under uv blacklight, as it should, to further verify age! Measures 3 1/8 inches tall X 2 1/2 inches across the top opening. An exceptional antique child's mug - you will Love this one!
