This fabulous, antique Eapg creamer / pitcher was made by Riverside Glass Works, Circa 1899. This Eapg glass pattern is called 'Ranson', or, sometimes, 'Gold Band'. It is a simple Victorian pattern of heavy glass, with thick, wide rounded optic panels which extend to the bottom, forming six lobed 'feet'. A single, wide band around the middle is trimmed in gold. This is a larger, 'breakfast' size creamer, measuring 4 1/2 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches across the top scalloped rim, including spout and elegant, reeded handle X 4 inches across the base. In Very good condition, with no damage, except that much ( about 50%) of the gold trim is worn from the rim, feet and middle band. Still a very Lovely piece, displays nicely, and Priced accordingly. This antique glass glows a strong yellow-green under uv blacklight to further verify age! A Gorgeous example of popular Victorian pattern glass made by 'Riverside'!
